TACKLE TECHNOLOGY TERMS & CONDITIONS

SALES POLICY: Tackle Technology sells only to retailers who have a permanent business location and stock merchandise we sell. Retailers should have a location separate from their residence, maintain regular business hours, and be open to the public. Those desiring to become a dealer must complete the Dealer/Credit Application and provide a copy of their State Resale Certificate prior to processing of their first order. Completion of the Dealer/Credit Application does not guarantee an account with Tackle Technology.

CARDS ACCEPTED: Visa, Mastercard and Discover

PREPAID FREIGHT: Orders totaling $600.00 or more will be prepaid. Orders of less than $600.00 will be shipped F.O.B. Manteca, California. No freight allowed on propane.

PRICES: All prices were in effect at time of imputing product onto the website and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

CLAIMS: All claims for loss of shortage must be made within five days after receipt of goods. Claims for damaged or missing cartons must be made with carrier.

REPAIRS: You can obtain faster repair service by retuning defective items to authorized factory repair stations or directly to the manufacturer. We are not authorized by the factories we represent to replace or give full credit on any item prior to their inspection. Merchandise for repair which is forwarded to our warehouse must be shipped prepaid.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without written authorization. Merchandise returned without our permission will be refused. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. discontinued, unsalable, or merchandise not in its original containers may not be returned nor will be accepted for credit.

C.O.D.: Not available.

SPECIAL ORDERS: We will gladly place special factory orders to meet your requirements. Once the order has been placed with the factory, it cannot be canceled. All special orders are subject to freight charges (FOB Factory).

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: All Invoices that are past due are subject to a 1.5% carrying charge. All accounts that enter this category will be sold on a C.O.D. cash only basis. In addition, 50% of the C.O.D. cash invoices must be included in the payment until the unpaid balance is cleared. For example, the C.O.D. invoice is $200.00, a minimum of $100.00 must be included in the payment for a total of $300.00. Accounts associated with our special program remain unchanged.

WARRANTIES: There are no warranties other than the ones supplied by the manufacturer. Ask our customer service representatives for additional details.
